The C.O.P.E. Protocol (Cognitive Optimization & Performance Empowerment) for Female Attorneys is designed for women in the legal profession who are navigating high cognitive demands, invisible workload, perfectionism pressures, and the persistent "always-on" nervous system common in high-performance legal environments.

This presentation explores the bio-psychosocial factors that contribute to overwhelm and burnout while providing practical, evidence-based tools for workload prioritization, task initiation, decision fatigue, and boundary-setting. Participants will gain strategies to move beyond reactive coping and build sustainable practices that support resilience, recovery, and long-term performance.

Speaker:

She holds a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
