This CLE presentation will focus on providing the solo or small law firm practitioner with the ethical tools to manage the everyday affairs encountered in the practice of law.  The program will highlight the most common ethical pitfalls and dilemmas found in operating a law office ranging from client communications to billing issues. Our panelists will provide simple and efficient solutions to difficult situations and issues experienced by a solo or small firm practitioner while highlighting the applicable Rules of Professional Conduct in a thought provoking discussion on running an ethical law practice.

The CLE program will be held at the Central Exchange from 11:30-1:30.  Lunch will be provided with the cost of the program.  Cost is $60 for AWL and Central Exchange members; $75 for non-members.
